Josue Lebron Elugardo is an insightful professional with proven expertise in the energy related industry. His commitment to delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions to the needs of the clients is backed by his past successful undertakings including the interconnection of distributed generators for numerous industrial clients, pharmaceutical, gas, food and beverage industry, representing over 100 megawatts of photo voltaic and CHP energy, as well as being in charge of implementation of regulatory frameworks for distributed generation projects and implementation of distributed microgrids for the local Puerto Rico electrical provider. Also noteworthy is the achievement of the development of electrical infrastructure projects for federal funding agencies according to strict regulations as well as his roles in renewable energy related Federal Government Programs.

Lebron Elugardo holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and is currently working towards the completion of his Ph.D. program from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. He has been instrumental in the Power Restoration Project and Disaster Recovery Project of Puerto Rico as a Support Engineer with Flour Corporation and later with ICF International as a State Program Delivery Manager in the Energy Sector. His key role in the development and implementation of renewable energy projects for industrial scale clients came during his time in the Renewable Energy Department of Luma Energy as a Program Supervisor of Distributed Generation. His commitment to ingenious solutions in renewable energy is reflected in his role as Technical Advisor for the Tribal Electrification Program which includes the implementation of the Renewable Energy Resources and Inflation Reduction Act.

Besides his civil achievements he is also a decorated Veteran and Engineer Officer with 15 years of service in the United States ARMY, including the Commendation Medal and Army Achievement Medal. Father of two, he enjoys leisurely traveling and getting to know different cultures. Currently lives in San Juan, Puerto Rico with his family.
